There is an entire section on the Web that explains awards and insignia and shows where each should be placed. Sign up for Adult Training online. There is a page of basic forms you can print out, including parent permission forms, health forms, training registration forms, event and camp registration forms, volunteer application and criminal background check, awards nomination forms, and more.
